Carnival

Dan's oldest brother's work has an awesome carnival every year for the residence and their families.  This was the first year I've ever been where it wasn't blistering hot.
We played horseshoes.
Lassoed some wild steer.  (Don't laugh too hard at my form...swing, swing, swing, and toss underhand.)
"Face" paints-- on the hand.
McKenna was only brave enough if Benny went first.  She told the girl that Ben wanted a pink flower.  How nice of her. :)

Kenna got a rainbow on one hand and a princess crown on the other.

This was also the first year McKenna would even go near the ponies.  Again, she was only brave if Ben went first.  I'm not quite sure how he felt about the whole thing.  The look on his face kinda says, "No funny business, alright?"

Cousin Eli tried it out while it was stationary.
McKenna's turn!  I was so proud of her!

More Eli
And Grandma holding precious baby Kate.
What an awesome evening!
