18 months (on April 19th)

Stats
Height- 32 in, 75th percentile ( 2 in increase in 3 months)
Weight- 21 lb, 10th percentile ( .9 lb increase in 3 months)
Head Circ.- 18.5 in, 50th percentile ( .1 in increase in 3 months)

(Her body is finally catching up to her head.) :)

Here's our 18 month "photo shoot." She actually posed for the camera instead of screaming at it. I just had to tell her I would show her the picture after I took it.

Look at all those teeth!

Here are some new and fun things she's done in the past 3 months.

(Sorry if I've already blogged about them.)

• 12 teeth! Four top, four bottom, and four molars
• WALKING!!
• Climbing
• Started to hit when she gets mad-but still likes to practice being soft
• Can "help" clean up
• Can go up and down stairs crawling, but wants to start doing it standing
• Likes to play with the magnets on our fridge
• Throws things away in the garbage she's not supposed to...pretty sure that's where mommy's keys went :(
• Mostly likes to stand in the bath tub, so we've started doing more showers
• Puckers for kisses and loves to give them
• Tries to sing along with ABCs
• "Sings" her own songs and claps when she's done
• She LOVES songs with actions! Popcorn Popping, Itsy Bitsy Spider, I'm So Glad When Daddy Comes Home, Monkeys Swinging in the Tree, Speckled Frogs, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes.
• Separation anxiety is still pretty bad except when she goes into the nursery at church. She's mad when she can't go play with her friends during the first hour of church!
• Got her first skinned knee
• Went on her first Easter egg hunt
• Likes to do things to her baby doll that we do to her (diaper change, wipe nose, clip nails, hug and kiss...)
• She likes to copycat in general
• Can build a tower three blocks high
• Can do many animal sounds (cow, cat, dog, pig, monkey, sheep, owl...)
• LOVES to be outside (pronounced "ahh-saiiiii")
• Has started reaching in her diaper after she poops. Yuck!
• Says oooh, aaah, wow, and mmmm when she likes something
• Mixing signing with talking
• I've lost track of how many new words she knows. She tries a new one everyday! I especially love to hear her say, "sorry, hair bow, outside, daddy, mommy, socks, baby, buh-bye, knee, oh no!")
• She's in a phase where she says, "NO" to everything, even if she really does want it
• She can also say, "Yeah"
• Can walk on her tip-toes
• Still a really good eater
• Likes to help push her stroller
• Has started throwing her blanket and binki out of her crib in the morning, meaning she doesn't wake up "slowly" anymore
• We left her overnight (two nights) with a babysitter for the first time

We love our little monkey!
